Safford Law, LLC was created to break the norm of how legal services are delivered. With a

mission to provide exceptional legal services to low- to- moderate income clients, Safford Law

offers affordable hourly rates, flat fees, and limited scope representation for clients needing

Safford Law to handle only a specific task.

The daughter of a Vietnam War Veteran, Colette Safford learned at an early age how to fight for the

underdog. Her zealous advocacy helped her father secure benefits that he rightfully deserved.

After law school, Colette continued her zealous advocacy by representing working families who

were being bullied by big banks and credit card companies.

Today, Colette is still fighting for working families. Whether it’s helping clients stand up to

DCFS, access education, find a forever home for kids, get a fresh start for juveniles, or helping

candidates get on the ballot and stay on the ballot, Colette is here for you.

In her spare time, Colette enjoys watching baseball, “glamping”, gardening, and following

national and local politics.
